Monthly rent includes electric, water, sewer, trash and Wi-Fi. Every site has full hookups with 20/30/50-amp power, and is 25 ft wide by 44 ft deep, plus 20 ft for car parking.
How to move in
- Apply online. It takes about 10 minutes; the application fee is $60 ($90 for 2 adults).
- Get approved. No deposit, and we usually approve applications within an hour.
- Move in and relax.
